Hi, I'm Holly and I'm the founder of Sussex Massage Therapy.
I began my career as a Soft Tissue Therapist in 2013 after
training as a Level 5 Sports Massage Therapist at the London
School of Sports Massage at Regents College under Mel Cash.
I’ve always had a fascination with the human body and
completed Human Biology at A Level, alongside Sport
Science and went on to complete my degree in Biological Sciences at Brighton University.
Coming from a sporting family, I’ve completed triathlons, cycle events and continue to be a fitness enthusiast. I’ve worked alongside Personal Trainers, other massage therapists, osteopaths and body building experts. I’ve also worked with local sporting clubs.
Having an ongoing fascination I have continued to study the science behind the massage and injuries and enjoy attending and participating in industry wide seminars and CPD workshops. In the last year I have attended and qualified in Dry Needling and Medical Acupuncture and became a qualified RockDoc, meaning I can now use kinesiology taping in my treatments. I am excited that I can now use different modalities.
Being able to help people and improve their everyday life is something that I feel passionate about whether it’s due to posture, occupational stress or sporting and physical activities.
